A healthy diet and proper food preparation are of great importance to us.
Our cuisine operates in accordance with HACCP standards. HACCP describes or refers to the established processes, applications, verifications and improvements of the food safety management system.
The requirements set out here apply to the reception, storage, preparation of food, serving of food and drinks in the Skippy Preschool Center, and at the same time to those possible dangers that can be monitored and that can be influenced. Food safety is managed in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO).
The menus were made in cooperation with Swiss pediatric nutritionists, and the food at the Skippy Preschool Center is homemade, varied, healthy and properly prepared.
